We obtained quotes and suggestions from multiple decking companies before deciding on Royal Decks and Landscapes. We are very happy with our decision. Royal Decks and Landscapes replaced our 30 year old deck, rebuilt some side stairs and completed some landscaping on our property. The project really went smoothly, which is a positive reflection on the talented team that Royal Decks has put together. Everyone was professional, respectful, hardworking and made sure we were happy throughout the project. Miro listened to what we wanted and made positive suggestions during the planning phase. Monika in the office was extremely efficient and kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial contract signing, during the permit process, and once the project was completed with warranty registration and information. Our lead carpenter, Pedro, and his crew did a wonderful job on our deck, making sure everything was just right. Our carpentry project manager Steve stopped in regularly to make sure the work that was being done was up to his exacting standards and to ensure that we were happy with the job as it progressed. Sandhu built a lovely walkway for us and installed river rock to help prevent erosion as well as a few other things. He is truly very talented. We love our new deck and landscaping and would not hesitate to recommend Royal Decks.
