Its brilliance lies in how perfectly it fits homes with patio doors positioned around 5 feet above grade—too high for a ground-level deck and too low for a traditional second-floor structure. The solution is a beautifully engineered two-level deck that flows naturally from the main floor. The upper level offers space for a BBQ and a cozy coffee area, while a few steps down, the lower deck—with its signature cut corners—provides ample room for a full dining setup. The stairs wrap elegantly around the deck’s shape, creating a smooth, refined finish that has stood the test of time.
